How to enter
- Make a purchase from The Dwyer Brothers.
- Complete the online entry form with your name, email address and contact number.
- Follow @TheDwyerBrothers on Instagram.
- Your entry is valid for the monthly draw taking place in the month you enter.
- One winner is randomly selected on the first Tuesday of the following month.
How the winner is selected
The winner is selected at random using a computerised random name generator.
Before a winner is confirmed, we will verify that the selected entrant:
- Provided valid entry details;
- Is following The Dwyer Brothers on Instagram at the time of the draw; and
- Otherwise meets these Entry Rules.
If the selected entrant is not eligible, cannot be contacted, or does not respond within the required timeframe, another winner will be randomly selected.
How will the winner be contacted?
The winner will be contacted by telephone and email using the details provided when entering.
The winner has 3 days to respond.
If we do not receive a response within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
The prize
The monthly winner will receive $500 AUD cash.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for another prize.
Winner announcement
The winner will be announced on The Dwyer Brothers Instagram account with their permission.
As part of the winner announcement, the winner will be asked to provide their permission to have their photograph taken and shared on our social media platforms to celebrate and promote their win.
The winner must be happy to have their photograph taken and to be tagged in the Instagram post. No photograph, video or Instagram tag will be published without the winner's permission.
With the winner's permission, the post may include their first initial and surname, Instagram username/tag, and photograph or video of the winner.
We will never publicly publish the winner's email address or telephone number.
Marketing & your information
When entering, you will be asked to provide your name, email address and contact number.
Your information will be used to administer the draw and, where you have provided marketing consent, to send you The Dwyer Brothers' newsletters, special offers and promotional communications.
Marketing consent
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in our emails however you will no longer be eligible to win the cash.

- How many times can I enter?

- Each email address constitutes a separate entry. We reserve the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries.

- To win, you must be following @TheDwyerBrothers when the draw takes place.
- When is the draw?
- A winner will be drawn on the first Tuesday of each month, for entries received during the previous calendar month.
- For example, entries received during September will be entered into the draw conducted on the first Tuesday of October.
- How is the winner chosen?
- The winner is selected randomly using a computerised random name generator.
- What happens if I win?
- We will contact you by email and telephone. You will have 3 days to respond.
- If you do not respond within that period, we will conduct another random draw.
- Will my name be announced?
- With your consent the winner may be announced on our Instagram account.
- Your private contact details will not be published.
- Can I win more than once?
- No. A previous winner cannot win again using the same email address. They may only be eligible to win again if they re-enter using a different email address and meet all other Entry Rules.
- Can I unsubscribe from marketing?
- Yes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in our marketing emails.
- Is Instagram involved in the promotion?
